alfredo cunha

Alfredo Cunha began his professional career in the field of advertising and commercial photography. He was a photojournalist for several newspapers, including O Século, O Século Ilustrado, Notícias de Portugal, Lusa and Público. He was a photographer and editor at Jornal de Notícias, from 2003 to 2009 and director of the image agency Global Imagens from 2010 to 2012. He currently works as a freelancer and is developing several editorial and documentary projects. Among his various projects are PREC (1974-1975), Romania after the fall of Nicolae Ceaušescu and The war in Iraq with Portuguese troops. He has published several books and participated in several solo and group exhibitions.

Tracy J. Thomas

Tracy J. Thomas is an award-winning photographer, artist, author and teacher. She received a master's degree in photography from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, where she focused on documentary and photojournalism. Her work has been featured in galleries, in private collections and in various alternative publications around the world. Thomas is co-founder and curator of The New Era Museum and has given classes and workshops to artists, photographers and writers around the world.

Brendan O'Sé

Brendan Ó Sé is an award-winning artist photographer and iPhone photographer. He was awarded iPhone Photographer of the Year in 2017. He is from Cork, Ireland. Brendan was part of the Apple World Gallery with images captured on the iPhone 6 in 2015. His photography has been featured on billboards and posters around the world. In addition to winning several awards in international competitions, he is invited to speak and exhibit his work around the world. His iPhone photography workshops in Ireland are extremely popular, although he has run workshops in Cyprus, Iceland, Thailand, Malaysia, Jakarta and Bali and Hong Kong. Using the iPhone, he tries to see and create in unusual ways, resulting in unique and stunning street photography.

Nadine Benichou

Nadine Bénichou (@nad75) lives in Paris and is co-founder of the Mobile Camera Club, a Parisian gallery that has been promoting mobile photography since 2012 through various conferences (eg Paris 3 Sorbonne University) and exhibitions (eg avatars # AUTOPORTRAITS, Génies Climatiques͟, ͞ Outsiders͟ and ͞Freedom of Panorama͟). As an artist (painting, photography and video), her work has been shown in several solo and group exhibitions in France, Spain, USA, Canada and New Zealand.

Armineh Hovanesian

Armineh was born in Paris, grew up in Tehran and Boston, with a little over 2 years of residence in Lisbon. She is a photographer now based in Los Angeles, capturing moments since 2009. She is an early mover in the iphoneography movement. It works with iPhone 11 ProMax, Nikon F3/T and Sony ILCE-6000 cameras. She has won several awards and distinctions for her work, which has been exhibited in several countries: she was invited by iNstantes for a solo exhibition in Avintes, Portugal (2021); Best in Show award at the Forced Captivity exhibition organized by the New Era Museum (2017); best photo of the year award at the Lumiere Photography Awards (2016); she curates two Facebook groups for the New Era Museum (NEM Hipstamatic and NEM Street); awarded as one of the 15 best photographers in the 7th edition of the Julia Margaret Cameron competition aimed at female photographers (2015).

Edward Santos

When one looks at Edward Santos, a retired US Army Sergeant turned artist, art/photographer, the world is invited into his array of emotions. Internationally his work has been featured in London at Nec Photography Show 2015, The Mobile Camera Club in Paris 2015, Galleria Lancellotti in Rome, Italy in March 2016, MIRA Mobile Prize 2017 Porto, Portugal, PH21 Gallery Budapest 2017. Nationally, the his work has been evaluated in competitions such as the Center for Fine Arts Photography in Colorado “2016”, MDAC Awards Palo Alto California 2016, Conception Artist Dallas Texas, Artist Loft NYC.
