Carla Fragata graduated in Social Communication from ISCP. After Words, Photography. She took the course at Ar.co. Then Graphic and Web Design. She did theater and won a national theater script competition. She has been a journalist for national and international media; photographer; editorial coordinator. She has taught professional and university teaching: dramatic expression, photography, creative writing, and film. She held exhibitions and curated: Mafra National Palace, Casa da Imprensa, Coruchéus Library, Camões Institute (Edinburgh). She was part of the National Commission for the conversion of training contents of the Professional Photography Course into Certified Training Units. She teaches Vocational and Adult Education and is Pedagogical Coordinator at the Portuguese Institute of Photography in Lisbon. She continues to develop works in the field of Portrait and Creative Photography.
